An active, retained search — not a free listing alert BELLA YACHT is engaged under a paid buyer-side mandate to actively search, contact the market, compare opportunities and coordinate the project. It works in two stages: a search mandate covering the search itself, then an acquisition mandate of 4% + VAT settled at closing when you buy. Search fees are credited in full against the acquisition fee — you never pay twice for the same work. Where you have no mandate with us, we can also act within the usual co-brokerage arrangement, borne by the seller. Scope and terms are agreed privately before we begin.
